CS Kellis Cartley Achieng is the Founder and an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with over 10 years of legal experience. She holds an LL.B. from the University of Nairobi and a PgDip from the Kenya School of Law. She is a member of the Law Society of Kenya (LSK), the Institute of Certified Secretaries (ICS), a Certified Professional Mediator (CPM, MTI), and a Commissioner for Oaths. She has also completed a Public Policy Analysis Course from the London School of Economics.
